With a Bachelor's in Healthcare Management, over twenty years in healthcare experience, and hands-on support as a Licensed Medication Aide, I bring both understanding and a steady, caring approach to home health. Our caregivers provide supportive, non-clinical care. We do not provide diagnosis, skilled nursing, or medical treatment. If urgent medical care is needed, we help you follow the appropriate medical escalation steps.
Yes. We provide dementia support to help promote comfort, routine, and safety.
Yes. We offer respite care to give family caregivers time to rest and recharge.
Medication reminders are provided based on the care plan and client instructions. We do not provide clinical medication administration.
We conduct background checks for all staff as required by VDH or other applicable regulations. We also carefully vet candidates through our hiring and review process and select caregivers who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and compassionate, respectful care.
